Masato and Karen Nakada, co-founders of Happening Studio, are the only designers behind Overall. We handle all design requests ourselves to ensure the highest quality, with no outsourcing.
We’ll start with a 30-minute meeting to make sure we’re the right fit. After your first payment, you’ll get your own Google Slides, where you can track and manage your requests. We’re always just a shoutout away if you need help!
Designs are usually completed in 3-5 business days, provided all necessary assets (images, copy, etc.) are supplied. For more complex projects, we’ll work with you to set a timeline.
No limit! You can add as many requests to your queue as needed. We’ll work through them one by one, and you can always add more hours if needed.
Design is a collaborative dance. If the first design isn’t quite right, we’ll revise it until it aligns with your vision and goals.
If you don’t need all your hours, you can pause the plan. For example, if you’ve used 15 out of 20 hours, the remaining 5 hours will be available to use within a year. Billing is every 3 months (quarterly).
For larger projects, we’ll schedule a meeting to understand your needs and provide a detailed timeline and estimate. It depends on the scope, but we’ll make sure everything’s clear up front.
Simply add a slide to the Google Slide we’ve set up for you and tag our names. We’ll get to work, and if we need clarification, we’ll comment directly on the slide.
While we can handle a wide range of design needs, we don’t support 3D modeling, complex 2D/3D animation, VR, or projection mapping.
No problem! You can pause your plan and use any remaining hours later (within a year from the pause date).
If you’re not satisfied after the first week, we’ll refund the unused hours. Refunds are not available for completed work.
Of course! Whether short-term or long-term, you can use Overall for as long as it suits your needs. You’re always welcome to rejoin when you’re ready.
